Effective 14 September 2026 · Terms version 2026-09-14-v2
1. Scheduled bookings
A scheduled shuttle booking is recorded when you press Confirm booking. It starts as PAYMENT PENDING and becomes PAID after Boriza verifies payment. An active booking holds the selected outbound seats. A return date is a request for help with a later return journey and does not reserve a return seat or add another fare.
2. Service requests and quotes
A tour, airport transfer, private transfer or parcel form sends a request for review. It is not a reservation until Boriza confirms availability, price and the service in writing. No payment is taken by the request form. Advertised airport guides currently show Hosea Kutako to Windhoek at N$400 per person or N$2,000 for a group of up to 13, and Hosea Kutako to Swakopmund or Walvis Bay at N$7,000 for a group of up to 13. Final pickup area, availability and price are confirmed by Boriza. A quote may include an expiry date, deposit or service-specific conditions; the accepted written quote and these terms then apply together.
3. Your details
Provide accurate names, ID or passport details, phone numbers, family or emergency contact, pickup and destination, dates, passenger count and service information. Check the full summary before confirming. Keep the issued BST booking or BSR request reference. Contact Boriza promptly if anything changes.
4. Fares and payment
Prices are in Namibian dollars. Scheduled fares come from the selected trip; requested services are priced by a Boriza quote. Pay only through the shown Bank Windhoek/EFT, accepted wallet or office method, use the reference and send proof to Boriza. A payment remains pending until verified. Confirm any unexpected payment instruction directly with Boriza.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Because a cancelled seat or reserved vehicle may remain vacant, customer-initiated cancellations after submission are non-refundable under Boriza’s operating policy. This does not remove any remedy that applicable law does not allow a business to exclude. If Boriza cancels or cannot provide a confirmed service, Boriza will offer a reasonable rebooking or refund of money paid, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.
6. Pickup, timing and changes
Arrive at the agreed pickup point at least 30 minutes before departure with your reference. Times are planned Namibia-time checkpoints. Traffic, weather, roads and safety events may cause delays. Boriza may reasonably adjust an operational detail, substitute a suitable vehicle, delay or cancel for safety or circumstances outside its control.
7. Passenger luggage and belongings
- You are responsible for keeping luggage and valuables secure, labelled and within the accepted allowance.
- Guidance allows two medium bags or one big bag per passenger. Extra luggage, additional stops or items may attract charges, currently from N$70 upward.
- Keep cash, travel documents, electronics, medication and valuables with you. Declare fragile, oversized or high-value items before travel.
- Boriza may refuse unsafe, prohibited, leaking, poorly packed or excess luggage. Forgotten items are not guaranteed to be recovered.
- To the extent permitted by law, Boriza is not responsible for loss or damage caused by unattended, undeclared, prohibited or poorly packed property.
8. Parcels
- Same-day parcel pickup is scheduled from 08:00 to the 11:00 cutoff. Parcels received from 11:00 to 20:00 are normally scheduled for the next day. Expected arrival is 11:00–15:00, depending on the route, traffic and recipient availability.
- Parcel rates start at N$150. Extended pickup zones—including Olympia, Elisenheim, Klein Windhoek, Kleine Kuppe, Auasblick, Finkenstein, the airport, Suiderhof and surrounding areas—start at N$200. Boriza provides the final price on request.
- The sender must clearly mark the package with accurate sender and receiver details, or complete Boriza’s parcel waiver when requested, and must truthfully describe the contents, approximate size, weight and value.
- Do not send alcohol, illegal, dangerous, explosive, flammable, toxic, perishable, leaking or prohibited goods. Cash, identity documents, irreplaceable items and high-value or fragile goods require Boriza’s written acceptance.
- The sender must use packaging suitable for normal road transport. Boriza may inspect or refuse a parcel where reasonably required for safety or compliance.
- Delivery may require the recipient’s identity, signature or other proof. Any claim is assessed against the accepted declaration, evidence, applicable law and Boriza’s reasonable care. Mandatory consumer rights remain in force.
9. Conduct and safety
Follow staff instructions, remain seated when required and respect other passengers. Alcohol, smoking, intoxication, fighting, threatening conduct, grooming and disruption are prohibited. Do not touch the driver’s seat or controls. Boriza may refuse or end service where conduct creates a safety or operational risk. An accompanying adult remains responsible for children and anyone needing assistance unless agreed otherwise in writing.
10. Responsibility and liability
You are responsible for accurate information, timely arrival, lawful conduct and safeguarding property. Boriza will take reasonable care. To the extent permitted by law, Boriza is not liable for indirect loss, missed onward arrangements or delay caused beyond its reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability for negligence causing death or personal injury, fraud, wilful misconduct or mandatory statutory rights.
11. Privacy, notifications and WhatsApp
Boriza receives the contact, email if supplied, identity, family contact, journey, pickup and service details needed for operations, safety, records and support. Access should be limited to authorised staff and retained only as reasonably needed. Borizago records an admin alert when a booking or request arrives. WhatsApp and email buttons open a prepared message for a person to send; Borizago does not read your GPS or send an automatic WhatsApp by itself.
12. Questions and complaints
Contact Boriza promptly with your reference, name and date so the team can investigate.
13. Agreement
You must confirm your details and actively accept these terms before submitting a booking or service request. Borizago records the acceptance time and version. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, that law prevails and the remaining provisions continue where possible.
