Open My journeys and use the same browser or device used to book. Your booking reference is also included in the booking card you can share or save.

Pay by EFT, supported mobile wallet, or at the Boriza office. Use your booking reference when paying and send proof of payment to Boriza on WhatsApp. Boriza confirms the payment after checking it.

Contact Boriza with your booking reference as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability and the terms shown before you book.

Use Request a service. Send the trip details and Boriza will personally confirm availability, price and next steps.

Choose the Boriza meeting zone, then enter the exact street, erf or house number, suburb, gate or landmark. Use Find this address for smart Namibian suggestions, or Use my current location to add a precise pin. Check the suggested wording before booking.

Keep your own clear written description and add the nearest landmark, gate colour, building, unit or meeting instructions. A written description is required even when you add a pin. Boriza can contact you on your primary or alternative number if clarification is needed.

Your primary number is used for normal trip contact. A different alternative or emergency number is required so staff can still reach someone if your phone is unavailable or there is an urgent travel issue.
